Jambiani Villas, situated on Zanzibar’s East coast right next to the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean, is the perfect destination for a holiday.

On your doorstep, you will find miles of uninterrupted white sand beaming with activity There are plenty of restaurants, bars, water sports and boat trips to see wildlife in the sun. Our onsite restaurant and friendly staff will provide anything you need to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

About Jambiani

Jambiani Villas is located on 3 properties, around 400 m from each other. Breakfast is served in our middle - Kati Kati - property. Our villa layout was intentionally designed to ensure a more private experience. Our guests can enjoy a pleasant, 4 minute walk on the beach to our restaurant location, and later return to their villa for a calm and quiet day by the beautiful Indian Ocean.

Had a wonderful stay here, property was clean and food at La Shira (their restaurant) was great. Just be aware the roads leading to property is bumpy but their taxi drivers do a great job navigating. Def a property for total relaxation and disconnecting from outside world. Shoutout to Grace, she was fantastic at accomodating my needs, organizing activities and making me feel at home!

Perfect place for vacay especially if you value authentic vibe and cool atmosphere. Villas are perfectly located giving amazing ocean view. In general site is not overcrowded, but still you have a contact with people if you like. Very nice swimming pool area. People are absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. You will feel very welcomed. Exceptionally clean. Restaurant is splendid. Our fav was grilled octopus and calamari. The best we tried in island. OMG and drinks! We won't get better! Every-single-one was amazing! We miss you already Jambiani!!!! <3

Spacious room, clean and tidy and the staff very welcoming. I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. Resturent was down stairs so that was really continent. They also arranged a tour for me at the Kaza cave which was a short drive from the villas. Property right on the beach with a pool. Overall very satisfied!

History

We launched the first villa in 2015. Since that time we have developed Jambiani Villas, which is currently located on 3 properties. Now, we can host 52 guest at the same time.

The first Jambiani Villas location with 4 villas was created.

Today, these villas are our top sellers. The place gets the name Kaskazini, which in Swahili means “north”.

We launched Kusini, our second location with two 3-bedroom villas

They have a shared swimming pool and can accommodate up to 7 people. Kusini, in Swahili means “south”.

We ended the year with the opening of a new location – Katikati.

Here we offer two more villas, two apartments, a swimming pool and ‘La Shira’ restaurant.

We extended Kusini. Now we offer our guests 2 more apartments,

an additional swimming pool and a bar, right on the property.

We opened two new hotels in our Kati Kati location – greenZ & LULU, located on the second coastline.

Our new and unique project Passion Boutique Hotel (adults only) was created.

We are in the midst of building a new project, that will be a building available for long-term rentals. It is located on the 2nd coastline, behind our Kusini property.
